“The UK’s vote to leave the EU and resulting negative investment sentiment towards commercial property meant 2016 will not go down as a vintage year for the asset class. Over the last few months, however, the sector has stabilised, suspended funds have resumed trading, performance is ticking back up and, of course, the traditional arguments for investing in property – diversification, a steady income and the potential for capital growth – have not changed. This webinar will therefore look to restate the risk-reward case for commercial property in light of the last 12 months, offer an outlook for the year ahead and, if appropriate, touch on lessons learned and action taken in light of the post-Brexit issues.”
